You can book by calling us at **657-720-7720** or through our website's **Reservations** page. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.

### 2. Do you offer airport pickups and drop-offs?
Yes! We service all major airports including **LAX, SNA, LGB, and ONT**. We track your flight and include 45 minutes of free waiting time for arrivals.

### 3. What vehicles do you have in your fleet?
Our fleet includes premium vehicles like the **2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV**, **Mercedes-Benz**, and **Cadillac Lyriq 2025**, suitable for VIP, business, and event transportation.

### 4. How many passengers can your vehicles hold?
- **Cadillac Escalade:** Up to 6 passengers  
- **Mercedes-Benz:** 2–3 passengers  
- **Cadillac Lyriq:** Up to 4 passengers

### 5. Is gratuity included in the fare?
Yes, a standard **20% gratuity** is added to all bookings — no need to worry about tipping after the ride.

### 6. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Inside 24 hours, the full fare will be charged.

Of course! Let us know if you need bottled water, child seats, extra luggage space, or any special accommodation when you book.
