## Terms & Conditions
By booking with A.A.G. Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
### 1. Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is only confirmed once you
receive a confirmation email, text message, or verbal agreement from our team.
### 2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made **more than 24 hours** in advance will receive a full
refund.
- Cancellations made **within 24 hours** of the scheduled pickup time are **non-refundable**.

No-shows will be charged the full fare.
### 3. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include **45 minutes of free waiting time** after the flight
lands.
- Non-airport pickups include **15 minutes of free waiting time**.
- After the grace period,
additional waiting time is billed in **15-minute increments**.
### 4. Damages & Conduct
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during
service. Smoking, drug use, or abusive behavior toward the chauffeur will result in immediate termination of
the ride without refund.
### 5. Liability
A.A.G. Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen
circumstances beyond our control. We always strive to arrive on time and ensure a smooth, safe experience.
### 6. Payment
All payments must be made in advance or at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Gratuity of 20% is automatically added to every fare.
